Shree Verai Enterprise (OPC) Private Limited by TEJ ("SVEO") provides tech training programs at our Patan office located at F/209-210, Apollo Business Center, Hanshapur Road, Patan — 384265, Gujarat, India. Programs include in-office instruction, projects, and placement assistance as described at enrollment.

Enrollment is confirmed upon fee payment and signed agreement. Program fees, duration, and batch schedules are communicated during your office visit or counseling session.

Fee structures are shared during enrollment. Refund policies vary by program and are documented in your enrollment agreement. Contact our Patan office for specific terms.

SVEO provides placement support including resume building, mock interviews, and job referrals. The AI Based Full Stack Developer program includes dedicated placement support; outcomes for all programs depend on individual performance and market conditions.

Learners are expected to maintain professional conduct at our Patan office. SVEO reserves the right to dismiss students for misconduct without refund, as per enrollment agreement.

Course materials, curriculum, and branding are property of SVEO. Learners may not redistribute materials without written permission.

SVEO is not liable for indirect damages arising from program participation. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific program.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patan, Gujarat.
